Heifer’s Values-Based Holistic Community Development Approach is conveyed to project recipients in 12 Cornerstone Trainings. These are a set of training, discussions, and reflections that create an environment conducive to personal growth and inspire behavioral change in people. This report is a comprehensive assessment of Heifer’s interventions in Nepal which analyzes indicators of women’s empowerment across demographic variables.
