Job Description

Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit organization working in Nepal since 1998 with the aim of ending hunger and poverty and caring for the earth through agriculture-based livelihood and market system development programs.

Heifer invites quotation from service providers having experience in freight forwarding and ground handling. Further details are provided in the Terms of Reference (Download from Here). VAT registered vendors are encourage to apply.

Please submit he quotation to procurement-np@heifer.org by 25th November 2022, 5 : 00 PM with email subject line “Quotation for Freight Forwarding” along with below documents.

a. Cover letter

b. Quotation (use template provided in TOR)

c.  Firm/Company Registration Certificate

d. VAT/PAN Registration Certificate

e. Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 078/79) or extension slip

f. Company profile
