Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit and humanitarian organization dedicated to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth. HPIN has been implementing the ‘Innovations in Agro-Livestock Value Chain’ Project with the aim of increasing the sustainable income of smallholder farmers. This four-year project has primarily focused on improving supply chain efficiency, establishing market linkages, and enhancing the value addition of target value chains. The project explores partnerships with governments, civil society organizations, and private sectors for the construction and upgrade of existing processing centers and leveraging resources for the implementation of project activities.

HPIN invites application for rapid market assessment and preparation of design report for vegetable processing center from organizations/experts.

Please submit the proposal to procurement-np@heifer.org by 27th September 2023, 5 : 00 PM with email subject line “Proposal for Rapid Market Assessment and Preparation of Design Report for Vegetable Processing Center” along with below documents.

1. Cover Letter
2. Organization Profile
3. Technical proposal including methodology, implementation arrangement, calendar of operation, deliverables, proposed team of experts, and their responsibilities.
4. Financial Proposal
5. CV of expert/team member(s)
6. Registration and renewal certificates of organization
7. Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate/personal PAN
8. Latest tax clearance certificate (FY 078/79)

VAT registered vendors are encouraged to apply.

HPIN reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected individuals.
