Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a nonprofit international development organization working to end hunger and poverty whilst caring for the Earth. Heifer International creates solutions to local challenges designed to build inclusive, resilient economies. HPIN is seeking RFP from locally registered software development organizations to provide “web-based asset and inventory management software.”  

The following minimum features should be included in the asset management.

Clean and easy user interface with tabs and visual cue, Nepali / English date system, Built-in-internal control system, Asset tracking, Asset transfer, Asset coding auto generate and manual, Asset Location

Asset position/condition, Vendor, service provider, Asset description (model No., serial number, part number), Precaution required for assets, Warranty / Guaranty, Asset on loan (taken by employee for personal or official use outside office) and return tracking, Asset Sale or Disposal, Asset removal of disposal items, anyone can run the software, Reduced paperwork with integrated workflow, Web based software – access from anywhere, Easy to access management reports, Item import from excel, Report export in Excel and PDF, Graphical summary reports, Manage Items by category (branch wise and categories wise), Easy User access control.

The following minimum features should be included in the inventory management.

Good Received Note, Requisition/Issue, Consumption summary report tracking, Go-down wise report, Inventory forecasting and alerts, Stock level, Status of stock, Materials tracking, Automatic reordering, Multiple location support, Track inventory, Quantity wise stock ledger report, Tracking of ledger report, Inventory summary report, Consumption by Branch / Department / Items, Branch stock Report, Stock movement Report, User Friendly

Interested software development organizations are requested to submit RFP along with below documents through Procurement-NP@heifer.org  by 9^th June 2024, 5 : 00 PM. Please clearly mention RFP for web-based asset and inventory management software in the email subject line.

2. Technical proposal
3. Financial proposal with details cost breakdown
4. Company Registration Certificate
5. PAN registration certificate
6. Tax clearance certificate FY 079/80
7. Relevant experience certificate (at least 2)

The selection process will include an evaluation of all RFPs submitted and on-site organizational pre-appraisal of the shortlisted organizations.

HPIN reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected individuals.
