Goal:

With the aim to identify barriers and enablers to the adoption of digital technology among women micro-entrepreneurs of marginalized communities in Chitwan and Bardiya, the LASER PULSE project has been launched. The project also identifies and tests enabling practices for the adoption of digital technology among women micro-entrepreneurs of marginalized communities. It also seeks to understand the relationship between the use of Digital Technology and the empowerment of women micro-entrepreneurs of marginalized communities. The project will benefit 1723 small-scale women farmers engaged in the cooperatives that have been supported by Heifer.
