Job Description
Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit and humanitarian organization dedicated to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth. For more details, kindly check http://www.heifernepal.org/
As a major component of its Innovation in Agriculture and Livestock Value Chain (IALVC) project HPIN is facilitating more than 10,000 smallholder farmers families across the country to get access to irrigation facilities.
HPIN is inviting the price quotation for the following set of irrigation pumps and accessories from eligible vendors.

We are looking to compare quotation from different manufacturers with different price range and quality for each item listed above. Therefore, a vendor can propose comparative price of multiple manufacturers for each product. Vendor must be able to supply the given estimated quantity of the pumps and accessories.
The application should send to procurement-np@heifer.org with below documents by 17th January 2024, 5 : 00 PM mentioning email subject line “Quotation for supplying Irrigation Pumps and Accessories”.
- Quotation in letter head (must specify the brand/model of the product, manufacturers name and country of origin, price, and detailed technical specifications including warranty, delivery lead time)
- Company/firm registration certificate
- PAN/VAT certificate
- Tax Clearance certificate FY 079/80
- Manufacturer Authorization Letter/Authorized Distributors/Dealer Letter (Preference will be given to the vendor who will be submitting this letter)
Acceptance of quotation:
All rights to accept or reject partially/wholly a quotation, with or without giving any reasons, shall reserve with HPIN. If deemed necessary, the company/firms/suppliers shall be asked for modifications.
