Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is seeking qualified and experienced Electrician and Plumber  for 1 2 months.

Electrician -1

Key Tasks:

1. Electrician shall carry out thorough checkup of HPI/N’s Electricity system, such as power supply, tube light, bulb, power plug, extension cords, cable, cable joints and necessary electrical maintenance regularly on weekly basis.
2. Electrician may provide his service any time according to the Electrical work need as and when required and at the time Electrician will deliver his service promptly without causing delay.
3. Ensure the Electrical parts within Heifer premises are in smooth conditions and functioning properly.
4. Unless agreed via separate agreement, Heifer shall not be liable to compensate the service provider for any loss/damage due to accident etc. Accidental insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider.

Experience : At least five years experience.

Duration : On call service for 1 year

Location : Heifer Project International Nepal, Hattiban

Plumber -1

Key Tasks:

1. Coordinate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing equipment including, but not limited to, faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, drinking fountains, domestic water heaters and boilers, garbage disposals, backflow devices, valves, and water meters.
2. Repair or replace water lines, property recirculation lines, and sewer lines.
3. Install new plumbing fixtures including, but not limited to, sinks, commodes, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains, garbage disposals, domestic water heaters and related devices.
4. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on base facilities including, but not limited to, compound water systems and related devices and sanitary waste drainage.

Experience : At least five years experience.

Duration : On call service for 1 year
