Job Description
Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit and humanitarian organization dedicated to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth. HPIN has been implementing the ‘Innovations in Agro-Livestock Value Chain’ Project with the aim of increasing the sustainable income of smallholder farmers. This four-year project has primarily focused on improving supply chain efficiency, establishing vital market linkages, and enhancing the value addition of target value chains. The project also explores collaborative efforts with governments, civil society organizations, and private sectors to develop and upgrade existing processing centers and mobilize resources for project activities.
HPIN invites application for the development of the FBS manual from organizations/experts.

Please submit the proposal to procurement-np@heifer.org by 16th November 2023, 5 : 00 PM with email subject line “Proposal for the development of the FBS manual” along with below documents.
- Cover Letter
- Organization Profile
- Technical Proposal, including detailed course content and session plans for the FBS manual and contents of farmers’ diary, methodology, implementation arrangement, an operation calendar, deliverables, proposed team of experts, and their responsibilities.
- Financial Proposal
- CV of expert/team member(s)
- Registration and renewal certificates of organization
- Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate/personal PAN
- Latest tax clearance certificate (FY 079/80) or tax extension slip
VAT registered vendors are encouraged to apply.
HPIN reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected individuals.
