Job Description

Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit organization working in Nepal since 1998 with the aim of ending hunger and poverty and caring for the earth through agriculture-based livelihood and market system development programs.

Heifer invites quotation from interior designing/construction companies/firms having experience in office space design and construction/renovation. Further details are provided in the Terms of Reference (Download from Here). VAT registered vendors are encouraged to apply.

 

Please submit the quotation to procurement-np@heifer.org by 24th November 2022, 5: 00 PM with email subject line “Quotation for Renovation of Office Space” along with below documents.

  1. Design/layout
  2. Quotation inclusive of all costs
  3. Firm/Company Registration Certificate
  4. VAT Registration Certificate
  5. A copy of tax clearance certificate (FY 078/79) or extension slip
  6. Company Profile
