Job Description
Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is a non-profit organization working in Nepal since 1998 with the aim of ending hunger and poverty and caring for the earth through agriculture-based livelihood and market system development programs. HPN invites application for designing of animal shed.
Function:
- Design cattle and buffalo shed of various capacity.
- Design goat shed of various capacity.
- Prepare Detail Bill of Quantity (BoQ) of the said designs.
Scope of Work and Key Tasks:
- Design the goat shed and its BOQ with the capacity of holding 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 and 20 doe.
- Design the cattle shed and its BOQ with Capacity of holding 1,3 and 5 adult animals.
- Design the Buffalo shed and its BOQ with Capacity of holding 1,3 and 5 adult animals.
Deliverables:
- Detail Drawing with Plan, Elevations and Design.
- Autocade file of these drawings.
- BOQ of each design.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Civil, Preferably Agri Engineer
- Ability to communicate in English and Nepali.
- Knowledge of Autocade and MS excel.
- Experience in designing the construction of agriculture/livestock sector.
