Job Description
Heifer Project International Nepal (HPIN) is a non-profit organization working in Nepal since 1998 with the aim of ending hunger and poverty and caring for the earth through agriculture-based livelihood and market system development programs. HPIN invites quotation from experience vendor to design and install a monument board and navigation map board in Kamalamai Municipality, Sindhuli.
Key Tasks:
- Site visit for the placement of the monument board and navigation map board.
- In coordination with Heifer’s Communication Department, design the content for both the monument board and the navigation map.
- Install the monument board and household navigation map board in Kamalamai Municipality, Sindhuli
Details of Work:
1. Design and install a monument board with the following specification:
Base/ Backdrop: Raised platform with concrete pillar and backdrop.
Frame Size: 6×4 ft
Material: 16 mm Granite
Text: 12mm MDF with Epoxy Coating
Text Color: Heifer Blue
Flags & Logo: 9 layered UV Print with Varnishing
Top Layer: 1.5 mm Epoxy Resin Coat
2. Design and install plaque for the inauguration program.
Frame: 15×12 inch
Material: Bronze plate
Text: Metal Engraving
3. Design and install a navigation map with the following specification:
Frame Size: 4×2 ft
Material: 1.5-inch (thickness) Salla Wood
Map: Laser Engraved
Map Color: Black Acrylic and Heifer Brand Color
Main Text: 12 mm MDF with Epoxy Coating
Top Layer: 1.5 mm Epoxy Resin Coat
Roof: GI frame
Timeline: The monument board and the household map board should be finalized and installed no later than February 9, 2024.
Requirements of the Vendor:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in visibility and branding.
- Prior experience in fabricating and branding.
